📅 1. 14-Day Return Guarantee

At Babajan.pk, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. After 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

⚠️ 2. Eligibility & Quality Check (QC) Warning

To ensure a successful refund, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags.

IMPORTANT: All returns undergo a Quality Check (QC). If found used or damaged, the refund will be DECLINED and the item sent back at your expense.

🚫 3. No Return for “Change of Mind”

Returns due to ‘Change of Mind’ are NOT applicable once the product has been delivered exactly as described. We only accept returns for defective or “not as described” items.

📹 4. Mandatory Video Proof (Your Safety)

REQUIRED: A clear, continuous video while opening the parcel for the first time. Without a valid unboxing video, Babajan.pk reserves the right to reject any claim.

💻 5. Digitized Refund Request

Log in to your account, go to “Orders” and click the “Request Refund” button. Select your reason, upload the video/photos, and submit for approval.

🚚 6. Free Return Shipping (LCS & TCS)

Once approved, drop off your parcel at any authorized LCS or TCS center. Provide your Approved Return ID; you will NOT be charged any fees at the courier counter.
