Hassle-Free 14-Day Exchange at Babajan.pk

1. Overview

At Babajan.pk, we want you to love what you ordered. If the size doesn’t fit or you received a product that doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free 14-day Return & Exchange policy from the date of delivery.

💻 2. Automated Exchange Request (Account Menu)

We have simplified the exchange process through your personal dashboard:

  • Log in to your Babajan.pk Account.
  • Go to the “Orders” section in your account menu.
  • Locate your delivered order and click the “Request Exchange” button.
  • Select the new size or different product you wish to receive in exchange.

🚚 3. Free Pickup & Drop-off (LCS & TCS Partnership)

To ensure a smooth exchange, we have partnered with Pakistan’s leading couriers:

  • Free Drop-off: Drop off your exchange package at any authorized LCS or TCS courier center.
  • Zero Charges: You will NOT be charged any shipping fees at the courier office. Simply provide your Approved Exchange ID.

✅ 4. Conditions for Exchange

  • Product must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with all original tags attached.
  • The item must be in its original brand packaging.
  • Non-eligible items: Customized jewelry, intimate apparel, or opened fragrances (unless defective).

⏳ 5. Processing Time

Once QC is passed, your new item will be dispatched within 3 to 5 working days with a new tracking ID.

💰 6. Price Difference

Higher value: Pay via Bank/JazzCash. Lower value: Balance refunded to Babajan Wallet.
