1. Delivery Commitment

At Babajan.pk, we are dedicated to delivering your favorite products as quickly and safely as possible. We partner with Pakistan’s leading logistics providers, including TCS and LCS, to ensure reliable service.

• ✅ Standard Shipping: A flat rate of PKR 250 for orders under PKR 5,000.
• ✅ FREE Shipping: We offer FREE Delivery on all orders above PKR 5,000.
• ✨ Promotional Offers: Shipping may be waived during special sales.

⏳ 3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once confirmed, estimated delivery times are:

• Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad): 2 to 3 working days.
• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4 to 6 working days.

*Sunday or Public Holiday orders are processed on the next business day.

🔍 4. Order Tracking (Automated Updates)

You will receive a Tracking ID via email upon dispatch. Track real-time via our “Track Your Shipment” section or directly on courier websites.

📦 5. Delivery Process & Inspection

Our partners attempt delivery up to 3 times. IMPORTANT: If the security seal is tampered with, please DO NOT accept the parcel and inform us immediately.

📍 6. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery

If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the parcel returns to our warehouse. Re-shipping charges may apply for a second attempt.
