  • Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your packageΒ up to 3 times. Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the parcel.
  • Proof of Delivery:Β A signature or ID verification may be required upon receiving the package.
  • Condition of Package:Β If the outer packaging or the security seal is tampered with or damaged, pleaseΒ DO NOT acceptΒ the parcel and inform us immediately.

6. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery
In case of an incorrect address or if the customer is unavailable after multiple attempts, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping charges may apply if the customer requests a second delivery attempt.
