We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan. Orders are usually processed within 24 hours and delivered within 3-5 working days. Shipping charges may vary based on your location and order weight. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID to monitor your parcel’s journey to your doorstep.

Hum pure Pakistan mein delivery ki sahulat dete hain. Orders aam taur par 24 ghanton mein process hote hain aur 3 se 5 din mein aap tak pohnch jate hain. Delivery ke akhrajaat aap ke shehar aur order ke wazan ke mutabiq hote hain. Order ship hone ke baad aapko aik tracking ID di jati hai taake aap apne parcel ki malomat rakh sakein.

4. Refund, Return & Exchange (Wapsi aur Tabdeeli)

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging and unused condition. After quality inspection, we will process your refund or send an exchange. Please note that change of mind is not applicable for returns.

Agar aapko koi kharab ya ghalat product miley, to aap delivery ke 14 din ke andar wapsi ya tabdeeli ki request kar sakte hain. Product ka original packaging mein hona aur istemal na hona zaroori hai. Quality check ke baad aapko raqam wapas kar di jayegi ya naya piece bhej diya jayega. Yaad rahe ke “pasand na aana” wapsi ki wajah nahi ban sakti.
